Hours are Monday through Friday:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Assembly Production

This job involves producing light weight, metal assemblies using a variety of equipment. Experience with manufacturing or factory work is preferred but not required. The best candidates are able to work in a fast paced, team setting. This position requires the ability to:

  • Assemble parts on riveters, assembly fixtures and automation equipment, using palm buttons, light curtains, and foot pedals
  • Lift up to 35 pounds
  • Stand during the entire shift except for during breaks and lunch
  • Work in a temperature ranging from as low as 50 degrees or as high as 95 degrees

New Assembly Production employees are averaging $13.27 an hour and some new team members are exceeding $14.75 per hour, which includes a $2 per hour weekly attendance bonus. Additional increases occur throughout the team member’s service time, including every 6 months over the first 2 years.
