Communication is key to any successful organization. We maintain an open-door policy for all complaints, concerns, and suggestions. In most cases, the best way to work through such issues is face to face with your supervisor, management, or company ownership.

But we recognize that there are certain rare situations where employees want the opportunity to report issues or concerns anonymously. This webpage allows MEC employees to do just that. Your comments will go to upper management, but no information is tracked or recorded—you will remain anonymous.
